About this run
The Spooky Shift is back for round two. Our usual Shift Wednesday with a Halloween twist. Expect the same relaxed, social 5K you know and love… just with a slightly more spooky dress code. 👻 We’ll meet in the Horley Rec car park at 6:30pm before heading out together for an easy-paced 5K run. This one is all about having a laugh so the pace will probably be even more relaxed than usual. Fancy dress isn’t required but is VERY strongly encouraged. We’ll also be awarding a prize for the best dressed 🏆🎃
