Matt’s Fundraiser for Prostate UK 💙

About this run

Join us for a special SHIFT charity run in support of Matt as he prepares to take on the 2027 London Marathon, raising money for Prostate Cancer UK. 💙   Earlier this year, Matt’s dad was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer. This has been an incredibly difficult time for Matt and his family, but he’s determined to turn it into something positive by raising vital funds and awareness for a cause very close to his heart.   We will be holding an 8Km run which will consist of 2 x 4Km loops. The reason for 8Km is due to the statistic of 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer. 💙   We’ll meet at Travelodge Redhill Town Centre before heading out together for a social 8km run, with the option to split it into 2 x 4km for anyone who doesn’t fancy the full distance.   🏃 8km social run (or 2 x 4km option) 
🎟️ £8 entry, including one raffle ticket and a goodie bag
 🎁 Extra raffle tickets available for £2.50 each or £10 for a strip of five
 🍻 Finish back at the venue for drinks and the charity raffle, with some fantastic prizes up for grabs
 🌟Glitter Station to look great for the run  💙 All proceeds will support Matt’s fundraising for Prostate Cancer UK   Venue: Travelodge Redhill Town Centre Arrive: 12:00 Start Run: 12:30 Finish Run: 13:30 Raffle: 14:00   How to get there: Travelodge Redhill Town Centre is located next to the big Sainsburys in Redhill.
